The Association, through the Board, manages and operates the Creamery Development in accordance with the the Governing Documents and the applicable provisions of California law. The HOA Board has the responsibility to manage all activities of the HOA, including leading HOA Board meetings. Your attendance at board meetings is the best way to understand actions the board is taking to support the HOA, and to provide your feedback. The board also utilizes an HOA management company to assist with financial management, process implementation, as well as legal and procedural guidance.
