Located on the former site of the Crystal Creamery and Butter Co. (Est. 1853) in downtown Sacramento, the Creamery is made up of 122 modern tri-level homes featuring 2-car oversized garages, wraparound balconies, and spacious rooftop decks. Residents enjoy sharing time with neighbors at the two park-like paseos, the ¼-acre “bark park,” and the community garden. It’s easy to fall in love with the location, the homes, and the amenities, but what makes the Creamery truly special are the people and the sense of community we share.
